The Poetry Book Society Launches Digital Archive of the PBS Bulletin for Members, Poetry Lovers and Libraries

Digital access to a fully-searchable modern archive of The Poetry Book Society Bulletin (PBS Bulletin) is now available to the society’s members, as well as poets, literature lovers and libraries worldwide. The archive, created in partnership with digital publishing services platform Exact Editions, offers nearly 25 issues’ worth of content dating back to 2017 and is accessible seamlessly across web, iOS and Android devices.

Founded by T.S. Eliot in 1953 to share the joy of poetry, the PBS Bulletin is the place to discover the very best new poetry from across the globe. Packed full of poems from established and emerging poets, each quarterly edition features a diverse range of issue-driven and innovative, world-class poetry alongside unique insights into poets’ practice, extensive reviews and comprehensive listings of all the latest poetry releases.

On the Exact Editions platform, navigation is intuitive and paramount; issues are neatly organised into stacks by year, contents pages are linked and the advanced search function allows keywords to be located at the click of a button. As well as subscriptions, the platform’s Universals Service has permitted The Poetry Book Society to offer access to the Bulletin as part of membership whilst maintaining control of e-commerce and data.

Subscriptions to the PBS Bulletin are available in the Exact Editions shops here:

PBS Manager Alice Mullen commented: “The Bulletin looks striking in its new digital format, and we’re excited to access the international and academic poetry audiences to which Exact Editions sells subscriptions.”

Managing Director of Exact Editions, Daryl Rayner, said: “The PBS Bulletin is a prestigious and splendid addition to the robust collection of poetry titles already available on the Exact Editions platform; its long history and quality content will make it a popular resource with individuals and institutions alike.”
