Exact Editions and Jisc finalise 2019–2022 agreement

Exact Editions and Jisc have approved a three-year extension to their agreement to offer Jisc members reduced pricing for a selection of online magazines. This comes as part of a joint initiative to provide affordable subscriptions to high-quality digital resources to higher and further education institutions in the UK.

The available publications cover a wide range of topics from Classical Music to International Politics and Fashion. Subscribing libraries will benefit from access to the extensive archives of each magazine, as well as every new issue as they are released. All content is fully-searchable by keyword and works using IP-authentication across Web, iOS and Android devices.

In a climate of steady price increases and library cuts, the agreement has kept prices fixed and economical. This fulfils Jisc’s aim to obtain the best pricing to support research and education, alongside Exact Editions’ desire to provide libraries with excellent resources at a fair price.
