Exact Editions is looking for a confident, creative and organised individual who is keen to start a career in magazines and media technology. Invaluable experience is to be gained in press communications, social media marketing, customer support, sales, and client relations. But most of all, you’ll be part of an innovative technology company operating in a dynamic magazine publishing industry. The role is within the marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing & Publisher Operations.

Exact Editions is the premium digital platform for magazine publishers, libraries and readers across the globe. Headquartered in London, Exact Editions creates, sells and streams digital access to magazine archives - working with brands such as The Times Literary Supplement, New Scientist, The Spectator and Dazed.
The key focus of the job will include, but not be limited, to:
- Writing and distributing press releases regarding publisher partnerships and product announcements.
- Producing eye-catching social media content and writing blog posts that achieve healthy engagement.
- Assisting with customer support enquiries over email and phone.
- Completing additional research tasks.
- Looking to help expand the company’s reach in new markets.
You will receive extensive training across marketing, sales, operations, client relations and customer support to develop your business skills. Exact Editions often launches new projects, initiatives and products in which you will have the opportunity to be involved.
Essential:
- Confidence in communicating with clients and customers over phone and email.
- A creative and effective copywriter.
- Highly efficient.
- Ability to multitask across different areas of the business.
- Initiative to come up with new ideas and confidence to propose them to colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do mindset.
Desired:
- A passion for magazines ideally with an enthusiasm for how technology can improve the industry.
- Prior work experience, preferably in an office.
You will need to be:
- Educated to degree level with the equivalent to a 2:1.
- Qualified to work in the UK on a long-term basis.
- Prepared to work from our central London office in Farringdon 2 days a week.
